Is this the product from the videos?
Yes. This is the genuine and only official source for Top Shot Players products. The original video featured a working prototype. The final production versions are premium engineered collectible figurines designed for both play and display.
What should I buy first?
The Starter Pack is the best place to begin. It includes Hook-It Harry TSP #0003, bottle caps and everything needed to start playing.
When will my pre-order arrive?
These are pre-production orders from the first manufacturing run. Delivery is currently targeting September 30 – October 30, 2026. We will keep customers updated by email as manufacturing and fulfilment progresses.
How is shipping calculated?
Orders over A$149 AUD qualify for free shipping in eligible launch regions. Orders below that threshold have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination, order size and packed weight.
Can I place a large order?
For launch, online orders are limited to approximately 1.8kg packed weight. For larger orders, wholesale enquiries, pubs, retailers or venues, please contact us directly.
Will the final product look exactly like the photos?
Images shown may include prototypes, renders and pre-production samples. Final production units may vary slightly in appearance, materials, colours and finish.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in AUD. Checkout may display and charge your local currency where supported.
When am I charged?
Once, at checkout. That payment secures your numbered first-edition order from the first manufacturing run and locks in Founding Player pricing.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law always apply. For anything about your order — including a change of heart — contact us and we'll make it right.
What comes with the player — and what bottle caps work?
The Founding Player pack includes 1 x Hook-It Harry figure, 3 x first edition TSP bottle caps and 3 x interchangeable clubs. The Official Top Shot Target Mat is not included — add it to any pack order for $49 ($55 on its own). Harry launches ordinary bottle caps too — any standard cap from a cold one works.
What is a Founding Player?
Founding Players are the collectors backing the first production run. Ordering during pre-sale locks in the A$49 founding price on a numbered first edition, and founding collectors get early access to every future character release.
